The Z pack footprint is based on 7 per layer on a 1000 x 1166mm pallet and as such all have an individual pack footprint of 500 x 333mm

• The >18kg “Z pack” height is usually in the 260 to 270mm range
• 21 pallets x 56 Z packs = 1,176 Z Packs per 40 foot container

• The ~10kg, “2 Layer Z Pack” is usually 160 to 175mm high
• 21 pallets x 77 2 Layer Z Packs = 1,617 2 Layer Z Packs per 40 foot container

• The >20kg “Maxi Pack” is usually 300 to 320mm high
• 21 pallets x 49 Maxi Packs = 1,029 Maxi Packs per 40 foot container
  

The RST/SLT foot print is 600 x 400mm. The RST/SLT height ranges are determined by fruit density and encompass the following heights per pack:

• 20 pallets x 125 = 2,500 per 40 foot container

92mm

• 20 pallets x 120 = 2,400 per 40 foot container

102mm

• 20 pallets x 110 = 2,200 per 40 foot container
  

The RDT foot print is 600 x 400mm. These double layer trays have sidewall heights as follows:

The Bag Shipper footprint is 600 x 400m designed for 5 to a layer on a 1000 x 1200mm pallet.

Back shippers are between 205 and 210mm high depending on fruit density for the best pack performance.
